Located in a rural setting since 2003, Cipher Solutions has its roots firmly in the beautiful county of East Sussex. The company originated in Eastbourne in 1987 as Eastbourne Signworks, which was founded by Rick Cousins, the managing director of Cipher.

Rick started in the sign trade over 30 years ago while at school and so brings a wealth of practical experience to the business. In addition to his career in signs and exhibitions he somehow found time to undertake an engineering apprenticeship after leaving art school.

‘Art and Engineering’ are perhaps an unusual mix but the two disciplines are used to great effect to achieve superb results. Aesthetically made using solid engineering principles are qualities which our customers really appreciate - these are what make all our finished works stand out from the crowd.

We believe there is no such thing as second-best; compromise is a redundant word at Cipher Solutions.

Constant research and implementation of new technology, while ensuring that our staff are fully trained in the latest techniques, means that Cipher Solutions continues to lead where others follow.
